Celestial Sound Bath & Full Moon Meditation

Aligned with the energy of the full moon, we recognize ourselves as divine beings of light and celebrate the most complete expression and illumination of who we are and that which we desire. Allow the healing sounds of the crystal bowls and gongs to serve as the vehicle to expand your vibration, increase your light and allow greater access to the celestial energies and activations that are available to you at this time.

Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and rejuvenating state. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful, yet casual evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration.

Please bring your own yoga matts, meditation cushions, blankets, pillows, eyeshades or anything else that will make the session more comfortable for you. We do have some of these items available at the studio. Participants will be laying down or sitting on the floor during the session.

Jeffrey Warren is a healing arts practitioner and teacher who is deeply committed to personal discovery, spiritual growth, conscious evolution and transformation through meditation, music, energy therapy and breathwork.
