This is a bi­weekly group meditation designed for everyone. Please come join Maria in a warm, quiet and inviting atmosphere. Every meditation will have a set intention and Maria will guide you through it. A guided meditation is a series of easy­to­follow instructions that bring you to a state of vibrant stillness. Just relax and follow the instructions. During the meditation your heartbeat will slow down, your body will relax and your mind becomes centered and calm. After the session you’ll feel refreshed.

Meditating has many advantages; health, well­being, and mental processes improve with meditation and, over time, the benefits increase steadily. Group meditation reinforces your desire to make it a daily practice. We all lead busy lives, and even the best intention to meditate can get lost once in a while. Joining a group can make you more committed to your practice. But a group can also represent a meditation lifestyle that inspires every member. There is power in numbers and in creating intentions. Coming together with a shared intention can have profound impacts on our lives, our communities, and our universe.

Please Note: You can lie on the floor for the meditations. So please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows. Anything that you would need to feel comfortable and relaxed.
