Atlantis: Visiting the Water City with Christopher Penczak

Date/Time
04/18/2018
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

A key image from the Western Mystery Tradition is Atlantis, the sunken city that is the source of magick and civilization. Today, we doubt the physical existence of such a place while gathering evidence of the Global Maritime Civilization predating our notions of “civilization.” With myth and lore found in the work of Plato depicted the perfect city, to the mystery traditions of the Coven of Atho in Traditional Witchcraft, we’ll explore the vision of Atlantis akin to the eastern mandala of Shamballa. We will look to the lore and legends as a spiritual guide for understanding deeper magickal truths and step out of time to dwell within the Water City of the Ancients.
Cost to Register is $30
Christopher Penczak is the co-founder of the Temple of Witchcraft religious nonprofit organization and the creator of the Temple of Witchcraft Mystery School and Seminary education programs. Developed through his extensive work as an award winning author, ritualist and minister, the educational core of the program comes from his six book and CD set Temple of Witchcraft series. After many years independently teaching the program, he worked with the graduates to create a cooperative organization to expand and apply the teachings and serve the greater community with a wide range of ministries. With a current focus on expanding the culture of the Witchcraft community, he co-founded Copper Cauldron, an independent publishing company to support his own vision and that of the Temple of Witchcraft community. Today Christopher continues to teach internationally, write, see private clients, design jewelry and travel to sacred sites with small groups.
